Hosting
This website is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). When you open a page, GitHub processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser type in its server logs, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. See GitHub’s privacy statement.
No cookies, no third-party content
The website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party fonts, videos, maps, advertising or social-media plug-ins. The only third-party script is the statistics script described below.
Page statistics
We use Rybbit (rybbit.com) to understand how the site is used. Rybbit sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the pages you open, the referring site, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and an approximate country; your IP address is used only briefly to determine the country and is not stored. Identifiers are anonymous and are not used to follow you across other websites. The data is processed on Rybbit’s EU-hosted cloud and deleted after at most 12 months. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website.
Contact and suggestion forms
If you send a message or suggestion, the details you enter (for example name, email address and message) are transmitted to the open-source form service Airform (airform.io), which forwards them to us by email. We use them only to answer or review your message, keep them no longer than necessary for that purpose, and do not pass them on. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Transfers abroad
GitHub and Airform may process data outside Switzerland and the EU, for example in the USA. Where required, such transfers rely on the providers’ contractual safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@neurofly.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC).
